Currently MMG has 100,000 sq. m of retail space under management in shopping centers such as Brama Mazur in Ełk and Galeria Niwa in Oświęcim. Additionally, it is responsible for leasing commercial space in the multifunctional office and retail complex which will be located on Piotrkowska 155 street in the new Public Transport Hub in Łódź city centre. Recently Master Management Group sold Galeria Młociny, its flagship retail project situated in a prime location in Warsaw’s Bielany district, to Echo Polska Properties and Echo Investment S.A. for a total sum of EUR 104.5 million. The modern retail and entertainment complex is currently under construction and upon completion will offer 70,000 sq. m GLA.
During the six months after obtaining the building permit MMG leased over 60% of available GLA in the Galeria Młociny project . 90 agreements were signed and tenants include a 9-screen CINEMA 3D, a Calypso fitness club, leading brands in fashion, accessories, sports and home décor such as Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius and Oysho, Apart, Bijou Brigitte, YES, Swatch, Briju, Zibi, TOUS, GO Sport, Martes Sport, Smyk VAN GRAAF, C&A, H&M, Sephora, RTV EURO AGD, GO Sport, Martes Sport, Rossmann, Intermarché and many other popular brands. A large part of the food court was also leased to such brands as KFC, Pizza Hut Express, Burger King, Express Kuchnia Marché, Lifemotiv, Olimp, Subway, ZenThai, Sevi Kebab, Compañeros and Saladki.
For Brama Mazur in Ełk Master Management negotiated the final lease agreements allowing it to reach 100% of commercialization and attracted such well–known brands as Calypso Fitness Club, Vision Express and Intermarché supermarket, the main food operator.
