Hi Piotrkowska with a new seat of PKO Bank Polski in Łódź

PKO Bank Polski will be the first office tenant of the Hi Piotrkowska complex, which is being constructed in the centre of Łódź. The new seat of the bank will occupy 1650 sq.m. of space located on the ground floor and the eighth floor of the office tower. The completion of the building is scheduled for April 2020.

Hi Piotrkowska, the flagship investment of Master Management Group, which is being built at the junction of Mickiewicza Avenue, Kościuszki and Piotrkowska Street, will become the new seat of PKO Bank Polski Branch no 1 in Łódź. The offices of the organisational units of the Bank managing the region and working for the benefit of the Łódź region will also be located here. The bank has leased 1145 sq. m. of office space on the eighth floor of the office tower and 442 sq. m. of space on the ground floor of the building for service activities.
