During the CEE Retail Awards 2026 gala, Master Management Group (MMG) received two awards: Property Management Firm of the Year and Retail Project (Large) of the Year for Brama Jury Zawiercie.

 The Property Management Firm of the Year award confirms MMG’s proven expertise in end-to-end management of commercial real estate, developed consistently for nearly 20 years—from project preparation and leasing to day-to-day operational and technical management, ensuring long-term asset standards and performance.

The second award—Retail Project (Large) of the Year—was granted to Brama Jury Zawiercie, a hybrid shopping and leisure destination combining the formats of a traditional shopping centre and a retail park. The development offers approx. 16,400 sq m of space, around 40 retail units, and 525 parking spaces. The tenant mix includes Planet Cinema (4 screens) and the One Gym fitness club, while the architectural concept and interior design reference the distinctive landscape of the Kraków–Częstochowa Upland.

As the property manager of the centre, MMG is responsible for key areas of asset operations, including maintaining the quality of day-to-day performance, ensuring technical and operational standards, and coordinating activities that support the project’s continued growth within its local market environment. Brama Jury opened in November 2025 in Zawiercie and has strengthened the region’s retail and leisure offer.

In addition, Apa Via—the architectural studio behind Brama Jury—was recognised as Architectural Firm of the Year, further underlining the high quality of the project’s design solutions.
