Half a Million Visits to Brama Jury Within Six Weeks of Opening New retail and entertainment destination in Zawiercie continues to expand its tenant mix

Brama Jury in Zawiercie welcomed nearly half a million visitors within less than six weeks of opening. The new asset in Master Management Group’s portfolio, rapidly emerging as the region’s vibrant retail and leisure destination, has proven highly responsive to the expectations and everyday needs of local communities. This year, the scheme’s offer has been further strengthened by the addition of new stores representing recognised fashion and home brands.

Brama Jury is a new retail destination in Zawiercie, combining the formats of a shopping centre and a retail park across 16,400 sq m of GLA. It is the first scheme in the city to offer a four-screen Planet Cinema multiplex, restaurants and cafés, a fitness club, as well as more than 40 retail and service units. From its opening on 14 November last year through to the end of December, Brama Jury recorded more than 470,000 customer visits. Strong footfall levels were also maintained in January and February, confirming sustained consumer interest in the new retail and entertainment destination on the regional map.

“Zawiercie County is home to approximately 111,000 residents, which means that, on average, each resident visited Brama Jury more than four times last year. These are exceptional results, clearly demonstrating that Brama Jury’s offer is well aligned with local demand,” said Anna Polak, Head of Leasing at Master Management Group. “The strong footfall performance is undoubtedly driven by several factors, including a high-quality tenant mix and a well-targeted leisure and services offer. The distinctive café concept and a rich programme of marketing events also play an important role. As always in retail, location remains key: convenient car access, ample parking capacity and regular public transport connections all contribute to the scheme’s success,” she added.

Global and local brands further enhance Brama Jury’s offer

“When curating Brama Jury’s tenant mix, our objective was to combine the needs of local customers with the experience gained from other Master Management Group assets across Poland. The strong market response in Zawiercie confirms that we have created a destination where residents want to spend time, enjoy shopping and benefit from the available leisure offer. It is a carefully selected mix of brands, products and services, which we will continue to develop over time in line with our strategic objectives and evolving consumer behaviour,” said Anna Polak.

In recent weeks, Brama Jury has welcomed several new openings, led by Rituals (230 sq m), a brand enjoying record-breaking popularity across Europe and globally. The store offers body care products, home fragrances and premium home cosmetics.

The fashion segment has also been strengthened by the opening of Tatuum (254 sq m), a Polish brand offering timeless womenswear and menswear made from high-quality fabrics and inspired by natural earth tones, as well as Esotiq (68 sq m), with its broad lingerie offer. The scheme’s tenant mix has also been enhanced by Silesia Jeans (281 sq m), a multibrand retailer specialising in denim collections from well-known international brands, complemented by a wide range of apparel in other fabrics for everyday and smart casual wear. Silesia Jeans is currently expanding its store network dynamically across southern Poland.

Accessibility and regional reach

Located at 4 Zagłębiowska Street in Zawiercie, in the Silesian Voivodeship, Brama Jury benefits from a strategic location that provides convenient access both from the city centre and from the wider region. The scheme is connected to key regional road infrastructure and the A1 motorway, supporting its role as a supra-local retail destination. It is also served by municipal public transport and offers 525 parking spaces, further strengthening accessibility for both local and regional shoppers.
