MMG Centers Kołobrzeg, a new retail project will be the first modern shopping destination in Kołobrzeg, offering 13 200 sq m of GLA. A friendly, welldesigned concept with many shops and services and a four-screen Planet Cinema will suit the needs and growing demand of the residents of the city. MMG Centers Kołobrzeg will be a compact shopping center with lots of retail and service outlets including popular sports brands and a food court with popular fast food restaurants. A clearly designed layout and car park for 370 vehicles will make the center conveniently accessible. 50 shops will be located on one floor and there will be a play area for kids and a section devoted for leisure. Kołobrzeg has approximately 47 000 inhabitants. It is estimated that the total catchment within a 45-minute drive is 160 000 people, of which 50 000 live within a 10 minute drive time to the center. MMG’s retail project in Kołobrzeg is situated in a key location, close to the S6 road and national road no. 11, linking Szczecin with the agglomeration of the Tricity. Customers will have an easy access by car – along Chrobrego street from the town center, while those arriving from the region can take Krzywoustego street.
