Knight Frank acts as the agent for the Hi Piotrkowska 155 complex

The investor and developer for the new mixed – use project in the core city of Łódź, Master Management Group, has selected Knight Frank as commercialisation agent for the office component of Hi Piotrkowska 155. Construction of the complex is slated for completion in March 2020.

Hi Piotrkowska 155 is a complex of three commercial/office buildings being developed in the heart of Łódź. The convenient location of the project nearby an interchange station, commonly known as “unicorn stable”, provides the comfort of access to municipal transport (12 tram lines and 6 bus lines). According to the data of the City of Łódź Office, up to 50,000 people use this place every day. At the same time, the location of the Hi Piotrkowska 155 complex in the immediate vicinity of Piotrkowska Street, Europe’s longest shopping avenue, makes the address even more unique.

The complex will consist of two office/retail buildings and the Hampton by Hilton hotel. The 19-floor office tower rising 76 m will be the highest office building in Łódź. The other office building will have 5 floors. In total, they will offer 25,000 sqm of rental space, of which 21,000 sqm will be office space. Hi Piotrkowska 155 is being developed in compliance with the sustainable development standards and will be BREEAM-certified. Currently the project is moving into its next stage – construction of the ground floor of the hotel building and the small office building is now completed. The office tower, the tallest building of the complex under the project, has already been provided with its base foundations. Works are proceeding on schedule, and the time for completion of the project is March 2020.

“The office market growing dynamically in Łódź over the past few years attracts companies interested in new locations. We are proud to have been entrusted with the commercialisation of this unique project. No doubt, the unique surroundings and nature of the project will drive corporate interest in this complex,” said Maciej Skubiszewski, Landlord Representation Department Director at Knight Frank.
