BRAMA MAZUR – FULL SPEED AHEAD Footfall is rising fast and new stores are opening

Brama Mazur is thriving and has achieved the best footfall results since its opening. Two new restaurants, new services, 100% occupancy and popularity among customers result from the efforts of Master Management Group’s leasing team

Brama Mazur in Ełk is increasingly popular. In 2017 the center achieved its best footfall results since opening. The center attracted nearly 2.2 million customers – a 13% increase on the previous year. Tenants are interested in locating their stores in the center – the summer will bring new openings of local businesses from Ełk and the surrounding area. There will be two new family restaurants, a store offering interior decorations and an architect’s office. The first to open will be the Sotelli restaurant, a brand of a local producer of gluten-free cornmeal pasta.

- We are extremely happy that even more tenants have decided to grow their business in Brama Mazur. In June we’ll be bringing Italian flavours to our customers thanks to cooperation with a well- known local brand – Sotelli. The restaurant will take up around 200 sq. m on the ground floor of the Planet Cinema building. It’s a fantastic attraction for those who spend their leisure time with us – after a movie, they’ll be able to have dinner in the new restaurant, also on Sundays when shops are closed due to the Sunday trading ban – said Wioleta Sobieraj, Leasing Manager at Master Management Group.

- This our chain’s debut in a shopping center. The concept is based on Italian cuisine and the staple of our menu will be cornmeal pasta in many guises. We are a responsible business with a focus on high quality food and smart local enterprise in the region of Warmia & Mazury – said Andrzej Zadrożny, CEO of Pol-Food, owner of the Sotelli brand.

This is not the only new tenant in Brama Mazur. A three storey building with a total GLA of 926 sq. m at the intersection of Dąbrowskiego and Kościuszki streets has been fully leased. The ground floor and the first floor, which also has a terrace, will house a family restaurant while an interiors store is opening on the second floor. It will also offer related specialist services – a real estate agency and an architectural practice. The sole tenant of the building is a local entrepreneur from Ełk.

- When Brama Mazur was constructed in 2013, the building was included in the investment and revitalized. At present it is a prime example of a historic building with unique modern architectural features and we are pleased to announce that in the autumn it will offer both new dining opportunities and services to our customers – added Wioleta Sobieraj.

Sotelli is a Pol-Foods brand, which is a producer of pellets – a component of snacks and crisps. At the beginning of 2107 the company introduced a new product line – Sotelli cornmeal gluten-free pasta, recommended for people with coeliac disease and all those who enjoy natural products without artificial additives or hidden ingredients.
